It has been a busy first two weeks back since the holiday for KS1. We have kick-started our new topic, Fire, with two fantastic learning experiences. Last Wednesday, Year 1 and 2 children visited Safewise in Bournemouth, and on Monday this week we were all visited by Gareth and Rachel from Dorset Fire Service. They showed us how some of the different fire fighting equipment works, and even convinced Mrs Hope to dress up in a fire fighter's uniform!
