Rubies DT topic this term has been 'Pavilions'. We have worked hard to produce a range of free-standing frame structures of different shapes and sizes. We had to design a pavilion that was strong, stable and aesthetically pleasing. In order to do this we had to select appropriate materials and construction techniques to create a stable, free-standing frame structure. Finally, we had to select appropriate materials and techniques to add cladding to our pavilions. We decided on a theme of animals - can you spot some animal features within our pavilions?
