Our Sports Relief afternoon on Tuesday 15th March was an amazing success. All the children had lots of fun accessing different kinds of sporting actitives and they raised over £300 in the process!
Our Bake Off competition was incredible. The standard of every entry was so very high which made the judging (by Mrs Regan) extremely challenging! The overall winner was Lucas Down with a swimming pool cake that had fabulous details such as pink wafer diving boards, pretzel swimmers and skittle swimming hats. These cakes were then sold in an afterschool cafe, raising even more money.
The sponsored fun run was greatly supported by the children. A special mention has to go to Daniel and Anthony Eastwood who raised £100 in sponsorship money. Wow!
The Colouring Competition was won by Brooke Chandler whose entry was just beautiful.
Lastly, the 1p & 2pcoin collection did extremely well. We fell a little short of our target which was to circle the school with pennies. However, half way round was a huge achievement!
A special thank you has to go to Miss Scott and All Saints Bronze Sports Ambassadors who organised the event.
