This week we are busy making bread to see what Thomas the Baker would have been doing in 1666. We love the way it smells and are enjoying eating what we have made. Seeing how much it has risen over lunchtime is fascinating. So far we have only burnt 1 batch but thankfully we didn't start a fire!
