Ruby class had two teams at the Sherborne Girls Year 3/4 Hockey Tournament. Both teams put in the most amazing effort and resilience and showed super gamesmanship! The 12 children impressed the other teams with their hockey skills which they have been developing throughout the Spring Term with both Mr Roberts and a coach from Yeovil and Sherborne Hockey Team. They have all been invited to join the club on Saturday mornings. Do take up this amazing opportunity.
Team A were delighted to hear that they had won the tournament and received gold medals! In addition to this Leighton Adams won an Easter egg for winning the dribbling competition and Adam Parkinson won the juggling competition and Olive Tuffin won an egg for the goal/ no goal competition.
It was a great afternoon for All Saints but more importantly we had fun and it inspired some of us to pursue hockey further.
