Do you get faster as you get older?
Topaz Class investigated this questions with some help from Y1 and Y6 today. We asked everyone to do 30 star jumps and timed how quickly they could do them. We spotted some interesting differences between how fast the children were, linked to their age. But they also speculated that as you become even older (an adult) some people might slow down too!
We also investigated how quickly everyone could write their numbers to 10, and saw a very clear connection between age and the speed of their writing.
